But not boring-smoothie time or unsatisfying-smoothie time… it’s time for a nourishing smoothie that really satisfies your body and mind.
Many years ago I would have been heard saying that smoothies just don’t fill me up. But that’s because I didn’t yet know how to make them in a way that fuelled me for my day.
Which is why I’ve made this video for you. It’s all about the components that make up a nourishing, healthy smoothie. And in it I’ll also go over how to stock your fridge, pantry and freezer so you have everything you need when the mood strikes for a smoothie. (Because when your body asks for a nutrient-rich, flavourful smoothie — it’s nice to be ready!)
