Have you heard of macros? Or macronutrients? They’re nutrients we need in large, or “macro” amounts. They are carbohydrates, proteins and fats. And they are each equally important for our health. But at different points in recent history and in differing circles right up to this day, certain ones are favoured, while others are frowned upon. But we truly need all three of them.
